About the Event
Topics to be covered...The components of the approach and it's importance to a successful jump. Measuring properly, style, bad habits, flight over the bar. We will learn a competition day warm up, event specific drills and "ground work day" routine. You will leave with a long approach mark and a 5 step jump mark.
