This "Event" will be held on Saturday, March 7 and 14, 2022  from 1 - 3. The jumpers will leave with a PLAN to carry them in to the upcoming season with confidence. "Flop House" will instruct them on the proper execution of their warm up drills as well as Event Specific Drills (ESD).Coach Mendenhall will teach the components of a good approach, the importance of body position/posture and flight over the bar. 

Oh...not to mention, jumping! It's important for the athlete to understand how all of this transfers to their success as a high jumper. All coaching will be geared toward the age of the jumper.
