High School Girls jump from 1:00-3:00/High School Boys jump from 3:00-5:00........NO SPIKES/wear running shoes (NO Nike Free's) You will be jumping with supervision by "Flop House" Coach Mendenhall. If you want only jump time...that's fine. If you would like help in the way of critique or advice/coaching, just indicate that upon arrival.
